What Projects We Take On

Builder Bee Projects LLC focuses on insured residential improvement, repair, and renovation work for eligible projects under $40,000. This covers a meaningful range of real work — room-level kitchen and bathroom updates, interior painting and flooring, pre-sale preparation, and rental turnovers — without requiring the overhead structure of a large general contractor engagement.

We work in single-family homes, townhomes, condos, investor-owned properties, and short-term-rental units across the Triangle.

Projects at or above $40,000 may require a properly licensed general contractor or another compliant project structure.

If you have a project that's larger in scope, we're happy to have an honest conversation about what makes sense and point you toward the right kind of help.
