Service 01
Kitchen & Bathroom Updates
The rooms that matter most to buyers, renters, and guests - done with care for finish quality and practical scope.
We handle kitchen and bathroom updates that focus on the surface work that changes how a space looks and feels: new cabinets or cabinet refacing, countertop replacement, tile work, swapping out faucets and fixtures, and fresh paint and finishes throughout. These updates do not include moving water or drain pipes inside walls, knocking down walls, or other work that needs a licensed general contractor.
- Cabinet installation, refacing, and hardware updates
- Countertop and backsplash replacement
- Tile floor, tub surround, and shower tile installation
- Vanity, mirror, and light fixture replacement
- Faucet, showerhead, and finish hardware swaps
- Paint, trim, and finish work to complete the space
Service 02
Flooring, Paint & Finish Work
Surface-level upgrades that change how an entire home feels - from the first step through the front door to every painted wall.
Fresh flooring and paint are often the changes that make the biggest difference for the money. We install a range of flooring types, handle interior painting with careful prep work and clean edges, and finish the trim and carpentry details (baseboards, door trim, crown molding) that make a room feel done. All work stays within the kind of projects we take on.
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, tile, and laminate flooring installation
- Decorative epoxy floor coatings
- Full interior painting - walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
- Accent walls, shiplap, and feature wall treatments
- Baseboard, casing, crown, and finish trim installation
- Interior door installation and hardware updates
Service 03
Residential Repairs & Final Fix-It Lists
The fixes and finish items that stand between a property and its next chapter - done thoroughly, not hurriedly.
Every home builds up a list of repairs that got put off and loose ends. Whether you're preparing for a home inspection before a sale, finishing up a renovation, or working through the to-do list that's been building for years, we bring organized support to these repairs. We handle drywall, interior carpentry, doors and hardware, surface repairs, and final fix-it items.
- Drywall repair and patching
- Door alignment, hardware replacement, and weatherstripping
- Trim, casing, and finish carpentry repairs
- Paint touch-ups and spot refinishing
- Finishing the fix-it list after a home inspection
- Grout repair, caulk lines, and surface sealing
Service 04
Short-Term Rental Turnover Improvements
Keep your listing photo-ready, review-worthy, and ahead of maintenance issues between guests.
Short-term rental properties wear out faster and have higher guest expectations than a typical home. We help rental owners handle the repairs and improvements that keep a property competitive: touch-up painting between bookings, swapping out fixtures and hardware, assembling furniture, surface repairs, and refresh projects to keep wear off photos and reviews. All work fits what we deliver.
- Touch-up painting and wall repair between booking cycles
- Replacing fixtures, hardware, and soft furnishings (towels, linens, decor)
- Furniture assembly and layout support
- Surface refresh projects (flooring updates, accent walls)
- Bathroom and kitchen fixture upgrades for guest appeal
- Outdoor area improvements within the work we take on
Service 05
Investor Property Improvement Support
Scope-smart residential upgrades that help investors improve value and rentability without overbuilding the budget.
Real estate investors need renovation partners who understand that returns matter as much as results. We bring organized help to residential improvement work for buy-and-hold, flip, and long-term rental properties—focusing on surface and finish work that delivers value for projects under $40,000. We're upfront about what we'll do, share honest input on value, and work efficiently so you stay on schedule.
- Surface-level renovation support for homes and rental units
- Kitchen and bathroom updates for rental or resale positioning
- Flooring and paint packages across multiple rooms
- Catching up on repairs that have been put off
- Surface upgrades (paint, flooring, fixtures) that improve photos and first impressions
- A clear review of the work so you know what fits before the project starts
Service 06
Pre-Sale Property Prep
Help your home show its best before it goes to market - with targeted improvements that matter to buyers.
First impressions drive offers, and well-prepared homes photograph better and attract stronger interest. We help homeowners and agents handle the surface updates, repairs, and visible improvements (paint, flooring, hardware, fixtures) that make a real difference before listing day. We don't do structural work or jobs requiring a general contractor.
- Interior paint refresh throughout the home
- Flooring repair or replacement in high-traffic areas
- Kitchen and bath cosmetic (surface-only, no structural changes) updates for listing appeal
- Catching up on put-off repairs and the final fix-it items buyers' inspectors look for
- Trim, hardware, and fixture updates that improve photos
- Light cosmetic improvements to outdoor areas within scope
Service 07
Small-Scope Renovation Support
Focused renovation work for the projects that do not need a large general contracting engagement - just reliable, organized execution.
Not every renovation is a full tear-down-and-rebuild. Many of the most impactful improvements are smaller, surface-focused projects: a laundry room refresh, finishing touches in a basement, building out a mudroom, or adding a feature wall that changes how a space feels. We take on these focused projects when the total price is under $40,000 and the work does not require a licensed general contractor.
- Room-by-room cosmetic renovation support
- Built-in shelving, storage, and finish carpentry features
- Laundry room, mudroom, and utility space updates
- Accent walls, feature treatments, and finish details
- Single-room renovation packages (flooring, paint, trim)
- Coordinating multiple workers (painters, tile setters, carpenters) on a single finish project
