Builder Bee Projects LLC provides insured residential improvement, repair, renovation, and project-support services for eligible projects under $40,000. We operate within the scope that our insurance, structure, and applicable North Carolina law permit for project support work of this nature.

Builder Bee Projects LLC does not advertise as a licensed North Carolina general contractor. We do not hold ourselves out as a licensed GC, and we do not take on projects that require a licensed general contractor under North Carolina law without appropriate involvement of a properly licensed contractor or other compliant project structure.

Larger projects - or projects that by their nature or total value require a licensed general contractor - may need to be performed under, or with the involvement of, a properly licensed general contractor or other compliant structure. We will tell you honestly when a project may fall outside what we can take on, and where appropriate we will point you toward resources that may help.
