Builder Bee Projects LLC was founded to bring organized, communication-forward project support to residential renovation and repair work in Raleigh and surrounding communities.
The company is led by Charles Santos, who brings a hands-on approach and a straightforward commitment: understand what a client needs, scope it honestly, and do the work well. Every project - from a single-room refresh to a multi-area renovation - is approached with the same attention to detail and respect for the homeowner's budget and schedule.
Our focus is on eligible residential improvement projects, and we are insured for eligible project work. We keep our scope where we can deliver well, and we tell you plainly when a project falls outside what we handle.

Our current project focus is residential improvement and renovation support for eligible projects with a total contract value under $40,000. This lets us stay in the range where we work best and deliver consistently.
Not a Licensed NC General Contractor
Builder Bee Projects LLC does not advertise as a licensed North Carolina general contractor. Larger or more complex projects may require the involvement of a properly licensed general contractor or other compliant project structure - and we will tell you that plainly if your project falls in that category.
We believe telling you exactly what we are - and are not - is itself a form of respect. If your project is a fit, we will say so. If it is not, we will say that too, and point you toward the right path.
