The company is led by Charles Santos, who brings a hands-on approach and a straightforward commitment: understand what a client needs, plan it honestly, and do the work well. Every project—from a single-room refresh to a multi-area renovation—gets the same attention to detail and respect for budget and schedule.

Our current project focus is residential improvement and renovation help for projects with a total contract value under $40,000 that fit the kind of work we are set up to do. This lets us stay in the range where we work best and deliver consistently.
Not a Licensed NC General Contractor
Builder Bee Projects LLC does not advertise as a licensed North Carolina general contractor. Larger or more complex projects may require the involvement of a properly licensed general contractor or other compliant project structure - and we will tell you that plainly if your project falls in that category.
We believe telling you exactly what we are - and are not - is itself a form of respect. If your project is a fit for what we do, we will say so. If it is not, we will say that too, and point you toward the right path.
